Ledcor Maui Moved by Lāhainā Restoration Foundation
Gala Dinner
The Ledcor Maui team was honored to be in attendance as title sponsors among the hundreds of others at the Lāhainā Restoration Foundation Gala Dinner on March 2, 2024. The Gala Dinner took place at the Old Lāhainā Lū‘au, who hosted the evening with incredible food, moving performances and memorable talk story. As the first event that Old Lāhainā Lū‘au has held since the August 2023 fires, it was an especially moving and significant evening to be gathering with community in Lāhainā again.

As the first benefit lū‘au for the Lāhainā Restoration Foundation, the event raised an impressive amount of support for the recovery and historic preservation efforts in Lāhainā.
“Seeing so many members of the community coming together to support Lāhainā and it’s historic sites was remarkable and touching,” says Casey Lamb of Ledcor Maui. “Knowing that so much of the physical history and historic sites in Lāhainā have been lost is still hard to grasp. While the loss is great, the Lāhainā Restoration Foundation inspires us with their resiliency and tireless efforts to preserve the deep history of Lāhainā.”

ABOUT LAHAINA RESTORATION FOUNDATION: This non-profit organization was founded in 1962 with a mission to be stewards and storytellers of Lahaina’s history and cultural heritage.
