Two members of the Ledcor Maui team, attended the Hawaiʻi Congress of Planning Official’s HCPO Conference. The theme of this year’s conference was Resilient by Design: Planning for Hawaiʻi’s Tomorrow. The conference featured over 100 speakers, mobile workshops and panel discussions about planning topics that impact each of the islands across the State. Bringing together representatives and attendees from each County within Hawaiʻi, the conference was informative and educational.

From listening to the Planning Director’s throughout the State of Hawaiʻi, the consensus is housing is the number one issue. The Ledcor Maui team remains committed to bringing housing options to South Maui including workforce housing within Wailea.
