Consistent with the SMA and Planned Development applications, a subdivision application was submitted to the County (SUBD2026-00008).  The subdivision adjusts the boundary line between B1 and B2 (Unit 2) and creates a separate lot for B2 (Unit 1).  B2 (Unit 1) is owned by Square Feet Management, LLC.  The application also clearly shows the proposed metes and bounds for the zoning use areas for the three proposed lots.

Preliminary subdivision approval was granted on July 20, 2026 with conditions to meet in order to receive final subdivision approval.
